Yet, for 30 days, I decided to completely disconnect from all social media platforms—no Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or LinkedIn. The goal?     Before starting this challenge, I realised that social media had become a constant presence in my life.     The Verdict: I will use social media, but on my own terms. The detox showed me that life is richer when lived beyond the screen.
